Who hasn’t had a day when you feel despondent, hopeless, and drained?
It happens to us all, many times throughout life. And as per this week’s message in the ALMA VIA Podcast, it looks like we may encounter this energy once more. I know..
BUT, we’re not giving up!
The purpose of these reflections, through the weekly messages, has been to empower ourselves and consciously navigate obstacles, and life in general, making choices that support us and enhance our abilities, both on the great days and the not-so-good ones.
We’re each living different realities, and so what can create a sense of misalignment or disconnection for me may not be, and most likely won’t be, what’s happening for you.
But we can experience similar feelings when facing hardship, and that’s when our energetic frequency can be harshly affected, especially under collective experiences.
What’s happening globally affects us individually through the group, because we’re all under the same energy field, and when we massively replicate or emanate the same vibrational energy, we get bombarded from every side. So now, more than ever, we’re being called to be more attentive and careful about what affects our personal field.
And today’s message is a comforting hug, to once more show you that you’re not alone in this. So I will invite you to put on your scientist goggles and take on this week with your Neutral Observer’s eyes.
To act as a Neutral Observer is to not be directly implicated in a given situation. You don’t take side, you simply observe. You may experience feelings in regards to what you’re witnessing, but you don’t act on them. You don’t interfere because you don’t get directly involved. This doesn’t mean you’re not impacted or touched by the circumstances. You do honor your feelings, acknowledge them, give them a place, even though you’re not taking any action.
This doesn’t mean you shouldn’t keep on moving with your ideas and plans. These are two different things, and for this week specifically, it is very important that they are distinguished and well understood.
When I invite you to be a Neutral Observer, what I’m asking of you is to not be judgmental toward yourself. We can be our best ally and our worst enemy, right? And as you also know, this isn’t fair. You are on an evolutionary path, therefore it suffices to say you will experience downfalls as much as victories. Both are right. And both equally exist — not in proportion, only in presence.
Notice what comes up, how you react or respond, and see how you can apply the advice you’re about to receive from two Powerful Mythological Figures: the Greek Goddess Persephone and the Egyptian God Ra!
Persephone’s message is about new beginnings and Ra’s is calling you to share your gifts.
Can you already notice a common theme from previous messages? Yes! Endings and beginnings.
If anything, when things seem to be coming to a close, don’t look at it from a negative perspective. Think of it as an opportunity to start fresh! Difficult moments are nothing but our greatest opportunities to become stronger in our abilities. I believe we face challenges directly connected to what we need to strengthen, or overcome, in order to be better prepared and ready for a brighter and better chapter.
And as much as I understand that some situations simply do end, because that’s the normal cycle of Life, for this week in particular, the message is for you to explore what is coming your way from a different angle.
Look at Life as a school, and understand that we’re not here simply passing by. We’re constantly learning and being tested. Learning and being tested, not to see who will fail, but so we can all transcend and upgrade our level of evolution.
If you shift your mentality and start looking at these not-so-good moments as portals of enlightenment, instead of giving away your self-confidence, focus on who you will become once you cross that path and win this hurdle.
And this time my friend, there’s something you’ve been planning, a project or an idea you’ve been cooking in your mind’s oven, that now is the time for it to be served. Ra is inviting you to share your gifts! This will ask of you a pinch of courage, yes, but you have it in you!
When we look at the reflections these two messages from the Gods are bringing together, it is to look at your mind as your Life’s incubator. It’s your greenhouse, where you plant the seeds of what you want to manifest. If it is not well nurtured, what will grow, or not, is a direct reflection of that.
If you give in to an energy of self-doubt, discouragement, or shame, you will only be harvesting circumstances under this same level of vibration. Catch your thoughts. Notice your internal narrative. This message already came for us two weeks ago, remember? It’s no coincidence.
You’re being prepared and guided to work on what is keeping you from being your truest authentic self. But you’ve got to do the work!
Last week you were invited to look at your relationship dynamics. But first you had to observe what you’re nurturing in your own mind.
Are you looking at life as this great school of elevation, as we talked about?
Or are you being a victim of all that surrounds you?
Maybe you’re not even noticing, you’re just going through your days, one after another, just living, not really doing much more than your routine.
This is not what you were meant to do in this life. You’re not here just passing by!
This week’s message is another wake-up call! But it doesn’t come without support. It’s here to help you navigate moments when things don’t seem to be working as planned, and to show you that nothing happens without a greater reason for your Soul’s healing path!
Life has given you a private Coach (our spiritual guides!) to help you with your struggles. These weekly messages are your private sessions. Have you thought about it this way? But they can’t do the work for you. It’s by testing, experimenting, and trying again, and again, that you keep on learning.
Remember: Done is better than perfect!
There’s nobody watching. You owe it only to yourself, nobody else. And all that is being asked of you is to be more present in your life to actively work on what you’ve committed to do before you inhabited this human body.
And I know how it feels. I honestly do. I’m a human being too. I’m also on this path, facing my fears, exercising my abilities, my values, breaking free from the beliefs that insist on limiting my life.
So in today’s Episode, I’m sharing with you what got me to do things differently when launching this Podcast. It’s been a learning curve, and it took me some time before I had the courage to bring it forth.
What you’re about to listen to changed not only my perspective, but most importantly, it worked where I needed help the most: moving from having ideas to taking real action.
