When achieving personal freedom isn't just a goal..
..but the first step of a reality check. June arrives tomorrow with a direct message. And this is a moment like no other.
We’re about to enter a new month, but the one we’re wrapping up really demanded our energy.
What we were called to start embodying (that’s the best word to describe it) in May - organizing our lives in a way that feels more in alignment and balanced - despite a sense of a certain overload that accompanied this month, we were being guided to understand that only through focus and consistency would we get to the finishing line.
In real life this month looked something like this:
Your kid gets sick in the same day you’re about to launch an important project in your business or work. You take multiple deep breaths to get through the day. You’ve made it.
Next day comes surprising you with a short notice from the person you hired to paint your house. It just so happens that she is also sick and won’t be able to initiate the job. Again, you take another deep breath and keep going. Focused.
Another day comes by and you suddenly remember it’s your best friend’s birthday party, and you committed to help with the preparation. It just so happens that with all that was going on in your life you didn’t notice the days going by and the party is in 3 days. You get your $%&t! together and at that point, start to prioritize your agenda, discerning what’s urgent from what’s important.
You start to not binge watch your favourite series before bed, because your body just can’t take the restless feeling from a bad night of sleep. You wake up feeling energized and upon all that is finding its way to you, you feel like you can manage things pretty well.
You have a relapse here and there, because honestly, who doesn’t under such demanding circumstances? But here you are. Somehow building up confidence, thinking things through in a more practical way, because there’s really not too much time to give in to complaints and resentment. And after all, you’re somehow making things happen.
New ideas gently pop up. You start to observe yourself more, being more mindful about your life, about the choices you make, and how you communicate with people. There’s just something about the way you’re moving through this intensity that has become a real learning opportunity for you.
And when you least expect it, you find yourself running the last section of this marathon. And you made it to the finishing line! Yay you!
Now it’s time for you to catch your breath. You’ve made it!
It’s now May 31st. And this isn’t just any day.
What June will unfold
Tomorrow we cross the start line of another marathon. Yes. June is coming under the same energy as May. We will continue to be called to exercise consistency. But the focus we’ll have will be different.
This week’s guided inner journey wasn’t random. And honestly, not even I knew at the time how things were going to compound.
Since last week, when I sensed the need to bring forward a body-energy exercise, I felt that something different was starting to come. Why so much focus on being practical, moving our bodies more (well, it makes sense when thinking about the multitasking we were performing). But there was something more at play.
Moving through clarity when life throws you a curve ball is the most listened episode I’ve had so far on the Podcast. I was really surprised with how fast the number of downloads was growing. Every time I would check, more people had listened to it.
As thrilled as I can possibly be, I knew something deeper was being sensed by those connecting to this headline. Life was already changing its gears.
But I couldn’t say exactly what, or in which direction. I hadn’t connected to June’s messages yet.
And then, this week’s message came in. And the guided inner journey I sensed to propose was another layer of what we needed to access, in oder to be ready for what’s to come.
Nurturing the body to feed the mind is an episode that looked us straight in the eye, calling us to put our heads down and get to work - intentionally.
The message was clear:
As long as you keep supporting your health - physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually (and I mean this), you will have the necessary vitality to move through what’s to come. Even though there’s nothing particularly new or different about this message, in real life we know it’s not that simple to manage such changes.
And I’m not only saying this from a global perspective. This moment is also (and very much so) about each one of us, in our little world, in our own reality, what we do inside our home, how we handle our day-to-day tasks, the choices we make when handling our responsibilities, in every aspect of our life! Not metaphorically speaking, but literally!
Through the guided inner journey activity proposed - to help you define your core desired feelings - we are being invited to reflect on our life as a whole.
All the areas included in it. Purposefully and intentionally choosing how we want to feel about each one of them.
I can’t stress this enough. This moment in time is not random! What’s coming to us is not random. Everything is building up.
This activity is a really powerful one, but this is something you can only fully understand once you try it for yourself - doesn’t this go for life in general? 🙄 I think so..
Well, it’s the truth. And I know it’s hard to get in motion and take the initiative to give, something we don’t know, a try.
I’m not trying to convince you of anything, sell you anything, or overcomplicate a simple resource.
I just truly wish you could understand how powerful it is.
Once in a Blue Moon..
Today we have a Full Moon, but it’s not just a regular one. It’s a Blue Moon, something that only happens once a year, when two full moons fall in a same month.
This is the kind of moment that gives us a sense of luck, a moment one should not overlook, as if your chance of getting what you want could slip away. It brings the idea of uniqueness, for this to be a rare moment, less likely to be repeated. It could also possibly mean you’ve come to find something very rare - at least that’s how it makes you feel.
What does that mean for us right now?
Upon all that is coming, we’re being called to reorganize, rethink, reprioritize our day-to-day life. I’m not talking about working on this notion through journaling - I’m not opposing to it either. But there;’s more involved here. It’s about our calendars and what we can include in them or take out, in a r.e.a.l.i.s.t.i.c way.
If I had to pick a word for this moment, it would be that: realistic.
And we can only truly choose what gets in and out of our agenda, upon being truly aware of our reality and our routine, in a conscious and present way.
There’s a big moment coming! And it’s not the Blue Moon.
This is where it all begins
We’re at the starting point for what we are about to enter in June.
This month we’re in for a treat from life, being guided in a progressive way. Almost as if we had private mentoring sessions from life itself! And I mean it.
It’s really how it’s going to feel like. It’s literally how it looks like.
The quickest way to describe what the cards are saying would be to give each week’s spread an identification. Let’s call them spread A and spread B—knowing that each one contains the same sequence.
For all 5 weeks of this month, we have this pattern: A, B, A, B, A.
A pattern within a pattern is what we can see. Same spreads, same sequence, same oracles, all aligned and connected to one another.
It’s not by chance that something like this happens.
We are really being invited to find a rhythm within our lives that keeps us steady, engaged, and focused on what we’re being called to do, in order to achieve something greater.
So much so, that I decided to turn the episodes for this month into a series!
Grounding Your Way into Clarity: 5 Steps to Getting Clear About What You Truly Want.
This is the beginning of an important growth phase, but this time, one that really fits into our lives, in a realistic way!
There’s an idea that popped in your mind this week that is the seed that will grow into something greater throughout the next 5 weeks.
Each week represents a stage we will move through, bringing new layers of information, shaping it progressively, until you find yourself before the big question: what do you truly want?
If you’re noticing life gently starting to shift in a different direction, but you’re not feeling confident about this move yet, you’re already sensing what’s coming and you’re exactly where you’re supposed to be.
There’s no need to rush to understand anything yet. You’ll be guided to go through all that will come, one week at a time. One feeling at a time.
Now is really not the time to rush into anything. More than ever, it’s time to ground ourselves.
We’ll begin our journey next Tuesday, once the new episode drops!
But here is where life gives me confirmation that what I’m sensing is taking us into the right path.
What inspires me to move forward
I’m writing this post on Friday the 29th. I’m just a little behind you on this one.
The first episode of our series drops next Tuesday, June 2nd. From what I sensed, and you will listen for yourself, in order for us to move forward with what’s coming up this week, we needed to work on emotional attachments first.
But I believe the best way to explore this, under the light of personal growth, is through exploring your perceptions around your personal freedom.
This is a concept usually mistaken for the idea of having the liberty to do whatever you want or freeing yourself from what’s posing restrictions on you.
You are not looking for freedom from life, but freedom within life, strengthening your ability to meet life without losing yourself.
Most people are not choosing their lives, they are repeating them, stuck in patterns such as emotional reactivity, people pleasing, fear-based decisions and constantly finding the same outcomes in what they do.
Through subconscious beliefs and so-called protective patterns, what you once thought was keeping you from harm is the very reason for your own limitations.
Freedom begins the moment you can pause between what you feel and what you do.
And here is my confirmation.
I was checking my emails, when I found one from Rebecca Campbell reflecting more on her Blue Moon event - the one I mentioned this week.
Well, take a look at how she is sensing what this moon is bringing.
Right there! Right… there!! Freedom…
For moments like these that I continue believing I’m in the right path. This is what we should look for on our way through life.
Confirmation feels like as if you’re taking a test and your teacher was right beside you giving you a thumbs up every time you marked a correct answer. It gives you that boost of confidence that keeps you moving forward, in spite of uncertainty.
But in order to really tap into that flow, we need to set ourselves free from our own constraints, in whatever capacity they may manifest.
The roles that no longer fit.
The routines that no longer fit.
The restrictions we self-impose that no longer fit.
The limited views about our own power that no longer fit.
Trying to walk in the shoes of the old version of you that no longer fit.
It’s not about resolving, it’s about letting go. And that’s why this moment could feel like you’re grieving the only version of you that you know. It’s hard to let go of it in the face of the unknown. I can relate. I’m right there with you.
But honestly, that’s a true indication that you’re at a turning point in life.
And what’s ahead of you, is a brilliant future. It’s up to you to decide.
What do you really want?
You have different options to navigate this moment. I can offer you one.
How to connect to what this moment is here to show
For the new to come in, the old needs to find a way out. That doesn’t only happen in the mind. You need your body to support you.
Like I mentioned today, the messages have been compounding. There’s a clear sense of evolution or steps to be followed.

To give you an example, in Love/Relationship I started with wanting to feel happy - a genuine emotion to such an area of life, don’t you think?
Upon doing this exercise, I realized how I really want to feel:
Charmingly joined and Lightheartedly delighted. I would have never thought of it myself.
Did you notice the word embedded in the second words? Light.
I want to feel illuminated, enlightened wholeheartedly. This is way beyond what happy could ever mean and connect me with. It’s much more profound and I felt every cell of my body responding to it.
I’ve been saying this and I mean it: this is a moment of deep transformational growth!
How can you be present for it?
June is about to start. Are you ready for what it has to teach you?
An extra dose of inspiration and guidance
As I was about to wrap my day up, and close my computer, I sensed a calling..
There I go, to check with my pendulum, and yes... something else needed to come forward.
I haven’t thought to add an inspirational card to this article. But again I was guided to do so. And you can only imagine my face when I took a look at the card. Well, maybe your mouth will drop too.
Receiving this card is not a sign that your troubles are over; instead, it’s a reminder that you have all the strength required to face your circumstances and come out of them stronger than ever before.
This is your confirmation that you have an unyielding strength that bends but never breaks. While your situation may be difficult, know that you are protected from anything that is beyond your capability. Your challenges will become the catalyst for your evolution, just as mushrooms have learned to thrive in darkness and humidity. To help you build your spiritual immunity, take a closer look at the influences surrounding your situation: whether that manifests in people, a chain of events or even your self-limiting thoughts. Discernment is required to recognize what is serving you in your situation and what is not.
