Life is giving you a chance to look at it through inspiration, while grounding yourself to be realistic when turning your ideas into reality. Let me introduce you to those already doing it.

Love is in the air!!
This week is a very special one and I wanted to bring it even more to your attention, because it’s always a good opportunity for us to expand our thinking and self-awareness.
As you will come to see tomorrow, in this week’s new episode of the ALMA VIA Podcast, life is calling us to romanticize our reality, but still in a practical and realistic way.
That doesn’t mean simply making our reality more desirable. It’s about bringing our dreams, ideas and aspirations into our physical realm.
I’m not only talking about your life’s dream - this can absolutely be the case if you feel inclined or called to do it.
We are still working with what the month of June is progressively trying to help us learn, notice and understand, connecting us with the present moment in a grounded and realistic way, while also getting clear about what we truly want.
And this week is about indulging ourselves in our aspirations and dreams. But what we’ll be looking to do is get inspired and then get hands-on to bring this dreamy idea into our routine.
It doesn’t have to be a single moment. We’re learning how to balance our routine more, stretching our thinking and looking for ways to live our day-to-day lives in a way that feels right, feels in sync, feels whatever you want it to feel. But absolutely in a way that supports us and makes us feel in alignment with the life we want to live - NOW!
Not tomorrow, not when… now!
Because romanticizing life is nothing else but putting love into our actions!
How?
By bringing beauty closer to us, connecting to people who make us feel good about ourselves, spending a little more time to make our routines more enjoyable, adventuring in exploring new materials and resources to bring an idea to life using our own hands - without any specific expectations about the result, just for the pleasure of engaging in it.
Today I will show the work of two beautiful souls! To inspire you into going after your own ideas just for the pleasure of it, but also seeing the impact it can have on others.
All this by simply understanding that what truly matters is how the experience will make you feel!
What does romanticizing life means..
People commonly think about romanticizing life as:
• slowing down through their morning coffee
• setting a beautiful table to have breakfast
• turning bath time into a mini spa experience
• spending extra time getting ready in the morning, intentionally choosing clothes based on how they want to feel.
These are all great ideas. But honestly, they shouldn’t really be exceptions, or seen as life being romanticized. Moments like these should be part of our lives more frequently.
In one way or another, you can absolutely bring one or all of them into your life - if that’s something you’d like to. There are really many different possibilities to play with.
But today, I want to help you think beyond that.
Throughout this week, I will share different ideas to inspire you, showing how other beautiful souls have tapped into their creative thinking and brought to life their heart’s calling.
It can be simple, small, significant or big.
Notice that more than what they have created, it’s about how they felt while doing it and what inspired them.
It’s through balancing the feminine energy of creativity with the masculine of taking action, that we bring to life our ideas and dreams.
Like I said before, romanticizing life is nothing else but putting love into our actions. And that’s why every post this week will be under this theme:

Today, we debut this moment with the beautiful work Patricia Russo brought to life.
Inspired by the city of love itself - Paris - she created nicknames based on moments she experienced, people she met, places she visited, and gave these names an essence, a form, an identity.
She made cards telling each name’s story and now her inspiration can be also found in the form of tote bags. Take a look at this beautiful and charming work.
Upon seeing Patricia’s devotion being brought into her reality:
How can your desires, dreams and love, also be made visible?
What idea can you bring into YOUR reality in the form of a physical item?
It can be something made especially for you, or maybe for someone you’d like to gift.
However you choose to do this, remember the feeling.
Be present and enjoy the process of your creation.
Feel the love.
Feel the passion.
Feel present.
Understand and notice how it is physically felt by you, in your body.
Love through support
This week we are under an energy that calls us to think about partnership, supporting local businesses, connecting with our neighbours and supporting people through love.
I mentioned in my article, introducing what the month of June is unfolding - When achieving personal freedom isn’t just a goal - that this month was initially felt by me in layers.
So, a couple of weeks ago, while connecting to all that was coming to me, a dear friend who has an online shop where she sells crystals, among other products to help us connect more with our spirituality, offered a free reading using a crystal mandala she created, through which she tunes into your energy to see what crystal is calling for you.
Amazing right?
I could barely hold my breath when I saw her offer. I jumped right into it asking if she could do mine.
She so kindly did, and when she sent me a detailed message about my crystal - smoky quartz - I had an epiphany.
This crystal represents all that this month is inviting us to connect with, to help us ground ourselves in a much more purposeful way.
I ordered smoky quartz crystals from her in that very instant.. LOL.. I would not let this moment pass unnoticed.
And that’s when I had an idea!
I asked if she could create a resource to be shared, teaching us what she knew would be helpful to know, given all this moment is calling us to expand our minds around.
Im the spirit of love, companionship, supporting our neighbours, our locals, and bringing our ideas into reality, she created this beautiful material to help us learn more about this natural element we have available to help us ground, protect our energy and have spiritual insights.

And to help you see how all this is manifesting individually to each one of us, Patricia W., the owner of the crystal shop who created the visual above, had her own idea brought to life.
This was something she thought about doing a while ago, and then it came back in her mind in that week when little seeds where being planted around something we wanted to create, but wasn’t so sure about doing. Here is where I talked more about it - Nurturing the body to feed the mind.
Well, she gave her idea a chance, and look what it came to be:
It’s about the feeling my friend!
She trusted her own, putting her hands to work and bringing to life this beautiful product! That’s what this week’s energy is all about!
And notice when she says: “intention is important for manifestation!”
